1. 適用範囲
本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「Yorisara」および任意の有料サービスを利用する際の情報の取扱いを説明します。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
プロフィール設定、食事記録、カスタム食品、好み、おすすめへの評価、達成情報、選択した背景画像は、原則としてお使いの端末内に保存されます。
これらの情報を第三者広告や、他社アプリ・Webサイトを横断する追跡には利用しません。
3. HealthKit
利用者の許可がある場合、次の情報を読み取ることがあります。
- 身長
- 体重
- 当日の歩数
- 当日のアクティブエネルギー
YorisaraはHealthKitへデータを書き込みません。HealthKitの値を広告に利用、販売、またはAI事業者へ送信することはありません。身長・体重は、利用者が確認した場合に限り端末内プロフィールへ反映されます。
4. 購入とアカウント識別
無料の端末内機能は、アカウントを作成せずに利用できます。
有料サブスクリプションの開始または購入復元を選んだ場合、同意を得たうえで「Appleでサインイン」を利用します。Appleから受け取るプライバシー保護された識別子は、購入確認、利用権の復元、不正利用防止、有料機能の利用量管理に必要な最小限のアカウント識別に使います。氏名やメールアドレスは要求しません。
5. Premiumの食事写真解析
利用者が明示的に食事写真を送信した場合、次の処理を行います。
- 端末上で画像を再描画・縮小・変換し、位置情報や撮影情報などのメタデータを除去します。
- 暗号化されたHTTPS通信で、保護されたYorisaraのバックエンドへ送信します。
- AI処理サービスを利用し、料理、量、栄養素を推定します。
- 元の解析画像はバックエンドのメモリ上で処理し、Yorisaraのバックエンドには保存しません。
- 推定結果は確認画面へ返し、利用者が保存を選ぶまで食事記録へ追加しません。
油、調味料、見えない材料、混合料理、奥行きによる量の違いなどにより、AI推定が誤ることがあります。
6. 料理画像の生成
対象となるPremiumの料理提案では、料理名と材料を画像生成サービスへ送信することがあります。健康プロフィール、アレルギー、正確な位置情報、本人識別情報、食事履歴は画像生成プロンプトから除外します。
生成画像とキャッシュは、安全な配信、コスト管理、不正利用防止、削除対応のために保存されることがあります。
7. 外部サービス
アプリ機能の提供に、次の事業者を利用することがあります。
- Apple：App Storeの購入、Appleでサインイン、HealthKit
- Google Firebase：認証、不正利用防止トークン
- Google Cloud：バックエンド、保存領域、タスク処理、運用上の安全対策
- Google AIサービス：任意のPremium食事写真解析、料理画像生成
8. 保存期間と削除
端末内データは、利用者が削除する、アプリを削除する、またはアプリ内の削除機能を利用するまで端末内に残ります。
アプリでは、端末内データの書き出し、プロフィール・食事・好み・履歴の削除、任意のクラウドアカウントの削除を提供します。アカウント削除はApp Storeのサブスクリプション解約にはなりません。
不正防止、会計照合、法令遵守、サービス保全に必要な範囲で、個人を直接識別しない安全・費用・通知関連の記録を限定的に保持することがあります。
9. 安全管理
HTTPS暗号化通信、Apple App Attest／App Check、認証済みリクエスト、サーバー側の利用権確認、利用回数制限、権限を限定したサービスIDなどを用います。
ただし、通信または保存を完全に安全にする方法はありません。情報に影響する事故が発生した場合は、適用法令に従って対応します。
10. 子どもの利用
個別の栄養目標は、現在18歳以上の成人を対象としています。Yorisaraは子どもを対象としたサービスではありません。
11. 健康に関する免責
Yorisaraは医療機器ではなく、病気の診断、治療、治癒、予防を行いません。栄養目標、推定値、達成スタンプ、料理提案は一般的なウェルネス情報であり、医療助言ではありません。
12. 国際利用
複数の国で提供される場合がありますが、公的栄養基準や完全に地域対応した食品データが、すべての国で利用できるとは限りません。個別の公的基準を提供できない場合は、アプリ内でその旨を説明します。
13. 本ポリシーの変更
機能、外部サービス、法的義務の変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新することがあります。新しいポリシーが有効になる場合は、施行日を更新します。

1. Scope
This policy explains how Yorisara handles information when you use the iOS app and its optional paid services.
2. Information stored on your device
Profile settings, meal records, custom foods, preferences, recommendation feedback, achievement information, and selected background images are generally stored locally on your device. Yorisara does not use this information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
3. HealthKit
With your permission, Yorisara may read height, weight, today's step count, and today's active energy. Yorisara does not write to HealthKit. HealthKit values are not used for advertising, sold, or sent to an AI provider. Height and weight are copied into the local profile only after your confirmation.
4. Purchases and account identity
Free, local features do not require an account. When you start or restore a paid subscription, Yorisara asks for consent before using Sign in with Apple. Yorisara does not request your Apple name or email. Apple provides a privacy-preserving identifier used only for purchase verification, entitlement restoration, abuse prevention, and paid-service usage management.
5. Premium meal-photo analysis
When you explicitly submit a photo, Yorisara redraws, resizes, and converts it on your device to remove location and camera metadata. The image is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS to Yorisara's protected backend and the configured AI provider to estimate dishes, portions, and nutrients. The original analysis image is processed in memory and is not retained by Yorisara's backend. Results are returned for your review and are not added to your meal log until you save them.
AI estimates may be wrong, especially for oils, sauces, hidden ingredients, mixed dishes, and portion depth.
6. Generated meal imagery
For eligible Premium suggestions, dish names and ingredients may be sent to an image-generation provider. Health profile information, allergies, precise location, identity, and meal history are excluded from image-generation prompts. Generated and cached images may be stored for secure delivery, cost management, abuse prevention, and deletion workflows.
7. Service providers
- Apple: App Store purchases, Sign in with Apple, and HealthKit
- Google Firebase: authentication and abuse-prevention tokens
- Google Cloud: protected backend hosting, storage, task processing, and operational security
- Google AI services: optional Premium meal-photo analysis and meal imagery
8. Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, delete the app, or use in-app deletion controls. Yorisara provides local data export, deletion of local profile and meal data, and deletion of the optional cloud account. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Limited de-identified security, cost, or notification records may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, legal compliance, or service integrity.
9. Security
Yorisara uses encrypted HTTPS transport, Apple App Attest/App Check, authenticated requests, server-side entitlement verification, rate limits, and restricted service identities. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
Personalized nutrition targets currently support adults aged 18 and older. Yorisara is not directed to children.
11. Health disclaimer
Yorisara is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Nutrition targets, estimates, stamps, and meal suggestions are general wellness references and are not medical advice.
12. International use
Public nutrition standards and fully localized food catalogs are not available for every country. The app explains when a personalized public-standard target is unavailable.
13. Changes
This policy may be updated when features, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date will be revised when a new policy takes effect.
